What do you get from your used florescent lamp, an opened box from your television, plastic envelope and a bunch of unused colored tapes? What? gave up already? Its easy! You can get a not-so-smart-super-budgeted-disturbing-horrifying-ugly-gundam-cosplay. And ofcourse we don't always have a penny in our pocket to dress like a high-class cosplayer so why not being creative like him.
